The speaker commends the Board of Directors of Blue Pharmacy for their wise decision to establish the institution in support of the Government’s efforts to develop human resources for the health sector. The Government recognizes, appreciates, and has high expectations for the institution’s contribution to strengthening the national health system.

Appreciation is also extended to the College Board, Management, and staff for their dedication and visionary leadership in providing quality, market-relevant education that produces skilled, competent, and professional health workers.

The graduates of the Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences are encouraged to apply the knowledge and skills gained during their training with integrity and professionalism to address current and emerging health challenges, including antimicrobial resistance. Gratitude is expressed to parents and guardians for their support and cooperation in enabling the graduates’ success.

Graduates are urged to pursue continuous professional development through further training, research, seminars, and lifelong learning to keep pace with scientific and technological advancements and to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality healthcare services aligned with national and international standards.

Finally, graduates are reminded to uphold professional ethics, comply with laws and regulations of the Pharmacy Council, complete registration requirements, and join professional associations. They are encouraged to maintain integrity, accountability, professionalism, confidentiality, and to avoid corruption and unethical practices in order to protect public trust, patient safety, and the dignity of the pharmacy profession.
